how does the credit system work?
Our credit system works by giving you a set number of credits each month, based on the plan you're on. You can use these credits to pull reports on different property addresses. If you want to refresh the data for a property you’ve already checked, you’ll need to use another credit. Once you run out of credits, no worries! You can upgrade to the next plan at a pro-rated price to get more credits for the rest of your billing period.
do credits roll over?
You’ll get a fresh batch of credits at the start of the next month, ready for you to use! It's a "use 'em or lose 'em" system, so make sure to take advantage of them while you can!
how often is data updated?
Our data is updated daily and is based on Zillow's® schedule. The info you see in reports is as up-to-date as the data Zillow® provides. This helps ensure you're always working with the latest data available!
how do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
To upgrade or downgrade your plan, just head to my profile > settings > billing and make the changes you need. It's super easy!
what happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, you’ll still have access to pull reports until the end of your current billing cycle. This means you can use any remaining credits and continue to access your reports up until the cycle ends.
how accurate is the data in the reports?
The data in our reports is sourced from Zillow®, a leading name in real estate information. Zillow® uses advanced algorithms and a wide range of data to estimate property values, rental rates, property taxes, and comparable sales. This means you’re getting some of the most reliable and up-to-date information available. While no data source is perfect, Zillow® is known for its accuracy and thoroughness in providing valuable insights into the real estate market.
is there a free trail?
We don’t offer a free trial at the moment, but you can choose from different plans that fit your needs and budget. Each plan comes with its own set of features and credits, so you can jump right in and start pulling reports as soon as you sign up!
